Division of Fault

Fatal Fault

  • consumer claim and function fault(penetration of foreign substance, breaking, leaking, etc.)

Major Fault

  • consumer dissatisfaction and package trouble(flaw, printing peel-off, printing smearing/omission, etc.)

Minor Fault

  • inconvenience during use by consumers, partial fault on appearance(minute bubble, minute color difference, etc.)
